The sun is finally making an appearance over the streets of London. It makes all the difference when there are clear blue skies and it is still light in the evenings.
I’ve been pretty lazy over the winter months and throughout spring when it comes to using body butters and moisturising lotions. I noticed that I was not getting enough sleep and generally sleeping much later than usual, which made it difficult to stick to a routine. I noticed that my skin was getting very very dry. I never have the time to use them in the mornings or give them enough time to dry and not feel too greasy afterwards, so I usually only ever apply butters or lotions in the evening.
After a big tidy up of my cupboards, I found a couple of spray on moisturisers that I have never really tried before. They are all very quick and easy to apply. My favourite is the Vaseline Spray & Go Body Moisturiser in Aloe Fresh. It has a thin gel-like consistency, dries quickly and isn’t greasy at all. The Sanctuary Spa Body Moisture Spray is an oil and to me this is more like a Sunday product, where I’m more likely to spend a little more time giving my skin that extra boost ready for the coming week. The Soap & Glory Girligo Spray-On Body Moisturising Mist is probably my least favourite and sits in between the other two. It doesn’t leave my skin feeling as soft and hydrated as the other products.
I’m loving the convenience of spray-on moisturisers at the moment. Do you have a favourite?
